The Holiday Inn Express Hotel will be situated in the heart of Newcastle’s commercial precinct, within walking distance of the Newcastle transport interchange and the Market Town Shopping Centre. Visible from the Pacifc Highway and across from Birdwood Park planned for an upgrade , the mixed-use development will contribute to the revitalisation of the surrounding area by activating King Street with a feature wall and retail frontage.
The hotel will comprise of ground floor retail, two levels of above-ground parking and five guest levels. All accessible at street-level, the new development will feature a gym, meeting facilities and a bar/cafe.
