Gateway Precinct Master Plan

A high level of importance was placed on the site by local and state authorities such that it be viewed as a prominent gateway development for the area.

Reid Campbell were engaged by a large industrial landholder during the course of a rezoning process to assist with the Master Planning of a mixed-use urban regeneration project in Warwick Farm that was strategically located adjacent to the railway station.

Through extensive consultation Reid Campbell developed a set of detailed urban planning and built form design principles, that led to both an efficient development outcome in terms of yield as well as high quality urban environment with a range of residential and commercial uses, set amongst expansive amenity and landscaped areas for its occupants.
