124 Walker St - Ground Floor Lobby Upgrade

This ground floor lobby upgrade aimed to deliver tenants greater convenience and amenity. It involved the insertion of a cafe into the lobby, linked to a refurbished street front retail tenancy and a general refresh of the ambience of the space.
The Five Points Burger tenancy on Berry Street has proven enormously popular with locals, with queues regularly appearing onto Berry Street.
The design was developed to provide integrated operations for the cafe and restaurant and to allow for maintenance of access during construction and much care was taken in order to minimise disruption to tenants.
