The changing nature of work is driving quite different office environments accenting amenity, visual and physical interconnectivity and workspace choice and flexibility. Our knowledge of the dynamics of this emerging new workplace is informed through our work for, and engagement with, office tenants of all scales.  
The new workplace is leading to a broad shift in major tenant preferences towards a 1500-2000sqm floor plate and a consequential increase in bulk and scale. Delivering these very large buildings within the context of city and community requires innovation and a collaborative and consultative process.

Extending the economic life of current office stock requires careful analysis of the market. Given our mixed use skills and our deep buildability expertise, we can analyse both upgrade and  change of use options to assist in validation of the choice as to how to position the asset moving forward.
