However, from day one, I felt they were invested in my success and growth, and they’ve continually guided me in setting and kicking goals, whilst also growing and adapting alongside me.

I started my journey with Reid Campbell early in my career, having previously had less exposure to commercial markets. However, I was eager to learn and grow, and my hard work and dedication soon paid off. Over time, I saw consistent growth in my responsibilities and was frequently recognized for my capabilities in other aspects of the business. As a result, I was given the opportunity to become part of the leadership and management team. This was a game-changer for me, as it allowed me to develop a wide range of new skills, including people management, design, planning, strategy, negotiation, and critical thinking. These skills have served me well in my career and have helped me become the professional I am today.

As a member of the management team, I am able to work closely with my colleagues to drive the success of the business. I’ve learned a lot about the importance of collaboration and teamwork, and am proud to contribute to the growth and development of the company.
