Richard Campbell is an accomplished architect (formerly of Davenport Campbell, then Spowers) who has 40 years of involvement in the development of education facilities, hotels, office buildings, industrial parks and residential developments as a principal.
Richard’s area of specific interest is strategic master planning of complex projects dealing with both physical, social and economic issues.
Song has extensive experience managing and delivering major commercial and industrial projects for leading organisations and institutions and is a Director at Reid Campbell.
Song leads our Research and Knowledge Group in Sydney and has a passion for Learning and Development. He was the driving force behind the development of our highly successful research products; "Multi-Unit", "Principle of Distribution Facility Design", "EcoBox", and "Freight Village - The Future of Intermodal Terminal Development in Australia".
Prior to joining Reid Campbell in 2006, Song spent 10 years managing the architectural departments of Australand and Walker Corporation.
Song is a member of the Green Building Council of Australia, and is an accredited Green Star Assessor.

Richard has an extensive track record working within all property sectors, including education, commercial & industrial, hotels and residential as well as the commercial tenant market, particularly in the areas of property advisory, roll-out programming, space analysis and planning.
Richard has undertaken significant assignments in the commercial sector, and has spent a substantial amount of time researching and advocating for the innovation of technology and processes affecting the Property Industry. This is reflected in a number of Op-Eds, research and white papers that he has authored and contributed to.
Michael has developed extensive experience as a project manager and team leader working on a variety of projects through all stages of delivery. Michael enjoys working with clients to deliver solutions to some of the commercial property sector's most complex challenges.
He is an active participant in the Property and Infrastructure sector through advocacy and participation on professional committees/board for associations such as Consult Australia and the SCLAA.
Mark is an Associate at Reid Campbell with over 8 years of industry experience and has effectively managed the team to help deliver a number of successful projects.Mark is currently overseeing several hotel developments through multiple stages of design.
Mark also actively supports the mentoring of junior team members and is Quality Assurance Manager for Reid Campbell.
Prior to Reid Campbell, Mark worked on a number of projects across the Education, Transport, Industrial, Commercial and Heritage sectors.
James has developed comprehensive experience in managing the client’s needs and expectations, team leadership as well as design and documentation delivery.
He has established skills spanning a variety of project sectors including commercial, accommodation, childcare, hospitality, retail and master planning where he has implemented procedures in presentation, communication and design processes from inception to completion.
Peter started his career at age 17 in a small Sydney architectural practice and received thorough training in the construction and detailing of buildings. He now has almost 50 years of experience in almost every building type, working for architectural practices in Australia, England and Europe as well as builders, building component fabricators and railway carriage fitout, plus extensive on site experience. His professional association with Richard Campbell goes back over 30 years. He is a very strong technical resource, focussing on the buildability and accuracy of our documentation. He has been with Reid Campbell since July 2014 and has overseen the roll out of a number of hotels since.
Emma Fraser joined Reid Campbell as a Senior Designer in 1999 and was appointed an Associate in 2003. Responsible for Government and corporate interior projects, Emma has an extensive background in strategic planning and has been involved in all aspects of property and workspace analysis, and subsequent concept, detailed design and documentation stages for projects from 1,000m² to 250,000m² national roll-out sites.
Roberta has extensive experience in the design of interior projects across Australia in which she has undertaken all stages of the design process from brief capture to detailed design development and construction management.
Holding Green Star Accreditation, Roberta brings to every project her expertise in Environmentally Sustainable design, balanced with considered solutions that align the culture, brand and business objectives of clients.
Ryann drives the BIM Maturity in Reid Campbell and is responsible for managing its strategic direction. He is a Revit Associate and registered architect in the Philippines, with 15 years of local and overseas experience in design and construction documentation.
His knowledge and understanding that “DATA” drives the holistic approach on the project’s “BIM” building life cycle is highly valued here at Reid Campbell.
Tui has experience working on a number of architectural projects including Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Health, Hospitality, Retail and Mixed Use, and Accommodation.
Whilst With Reid Campbell Tui has been a part of Reid Campbell’s BIM Maturity plan, and assisting with execution of practice procedures. He works with the Accommodations team in coordinating and delivering projects from design development to completion.
Through Carls experience with Reid Campbell he has established a solid understanding of all stages of the building process. With his main involvement in the Accommodation and Commercial sector, Carl is involved in the early stages of the project from feasibilities studies through to construction delivery.
Carl is actively working amongst the team as well as leading a number of accommodation projects whilst being involved in the design phase with the Industrial team. He has proven to be a vital member of the team and office and continues to grow his skills.
Sam has been involved in several hotel and Accommodation and Commercial projects with Reid Campbell, from design development through to construction documentation.
Sam has experience with a wide variety of architectural projects including Accommodation, Residential, Education, Commercial, and Healthcare.
Bahars dedication and integrated approach to working across sectors has allowed her to attain a strong skillset in industrial master planning, commercial design and hotel documentation. As an aspiring architect, Bahar has a keen interest in developing an inventory of rich materials and their constructability, with a focus on how resolving beautiful details can connect and inspire building occupants.
Annette is our Office Manager and has been working at Reid Campbell for over eight years. As well as ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, she also provides administrative support and is a vital member to all project teams, the leadership team, and Reid Campbell’s Chairman.
